Yummo!!!

I know this pic is a little blurry, but have any of y'all had these? Brenden & I ordered pizza tonight form Pizza Hut & they now have this dessert. They are called chocolate dippers, I think. Man, are they good!!! I have been wanting something hot, chocolate & fattening today...I'm thinkin' I got it :) I'm sure I will regret eating them by the time morning comes, but they were worth the extra few minutes on the treadmill-or tanning bed(it makes you sweat a little, so it's like working out, right?!)!

It made me sick.

I have not had to get gas in a few weeks, because of us being on vacation & because I get really good gas mileage. Well, my light came on this morning. So, I decided to stop & get some before work. I planned on filling up my tank, and I knew it would cost quite a bit. Last time I got gas, I think it was around $3.50,but I didn't fill up. This morning I almost threw up in my gas tank!! $49.11!! Seriously?!? I used to fill up my car for $25-$30! Outrageous. Will it ever stop going up? I have considered getting a motorcycle, but still have not found a way to hook up a booster seat to the back, so I guess that'll have to wait :) I can't wait for the day it costs us $100 to get gas in Daniel's truck. Which, I guess it's not very far away-it was $85 the other day. What can you do, right...

This is my Grandmother. I thought it was so cute-she was pulling up her pants so they wouldn't get wet. We kept reminding her that they were capris & they don't reach the ground! My brother in the back ground.

At ESPN Zone they have this mini hockey area where you can shoot pucks at the goalie who moves back & forth. We were in there quite often!
At ESPN Zone again. They also have a pitching area that measures the speed of your pitch. I am proud to say that my hubby got the fastest speed there-76mph!!! We went back the next day & it was still the fastest! Too bad he stopped playing in high school.

While we were riding the train through the park we saw this family of ducks! They were so cute! Who knew that mommy & daddy ducks bring their babies to Disneyland too!?!
Pluto!!!! We bought an autograph/picture book for all the characters we met & he was the first one we got to see. He is too cute!

After Brenden & I got off the Dumbo ride, he was kind of running from one side of the stroller to the other & fell flat on his face. It was not good. We ended up being able to see what the first aid/dr office at Disneyland looked like. He had a huge bump on the right side of his little head. You can kinda see it in this picture. Everything ended up being fine & he was ok to play the rest of the day.

You would've thought Brenden had been traveling for some time the way he carried that suitcase around & seemed like he knew where he was going. It was really cute! He was entertained by Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse on my ipod for a little bit, but got bored. He loved the flight though. Ok...on to next set. lol

Back Home

We are back from vacation! We had an amazing time & are still trying to process it all, I think. It may be a couple days before I have pics posted, because there are 516 of them! We were there for seven days & could have still done so much more. It was overwhelming-but in a good way! We had three day passes to Disneyland & California Adventure. I could never work there! How are those people so happy?? I'm a pretty happy person, but dang... what if you have a bad day? There was one older man (who was the person that walked through the park with a little broom, picking up trash) who was skipping & whistling!! It was awesome!

We had a really, really good vacation & have so many wonderful memories! It was nice to come home to the normal routine though. And to pick up my chocolate man, cause I really missed him! The vet stayed open late for us the night we got back so that we could get him-which was good :)

Stars & Red Wings game 6 tonight!!!!! It was awful-I couldn't watch any of the playoff games while we were gone, so I am glad they stayed in till we got back! I pray they stay for a few more! :) GO STARS!!!!

Get ready Cali...these country cow poke are comin'!

We leave bright & early Saturday for vacation! This thing has been planned for about 10 months & I can't believe it's finally here. Poor Brenden has been talking about going on the dang airplane for so long, he probably thinks it's never going to happen. We've had a count down this week till we leave. He is SO excited! So are we!! We are staying at the hotel/resort inside Disneyland-we can't wait to feel the magic :) I'm a little stressed with packing, but if we forget something, I guess we can just buy it when we get there. I'm nervous about flying too, but there's nothing to fix that(other than a Valium maybe). lol I just pray it all goes great. I'm so excited about the great memories we will be making! I will have plenty of pics to share!

Stars-Red Wing game 1 tonight!!! GO STARS!!!

Tired. So Tired.

We stayed up until 2:00 this morning for the Star's game! It went into 4 overtime periods which ended up being a 5 1/2 hour hockey game! But it was awesome!!! We won this series & now we will play the Red Wings. The goalies last night were amazing! And, like I've said for the past five or so years...Brenden Morrow is outstanding! He stole the show. He scored the overtime game winning goal at 1:26am & gave plenty of hits to last a few games :) We are SO excited! Oh, we bought Brenden his first pair of hockey skates last week. I will post some pics later...

Not the way we wanted it to go

We had a really good time at the playoff game last night, although they lost. :( We are still up in the series 3-1, so we will win!! There was no traffic like there usually is, so we got there very early, even after dinner. That's why the rink is totally empty. They placed a rally towel on every seat in that place-that has got to be a lot of work! It was extremely cold when we got there, so I decided to use our towels as a blanket. The last pic is Brenden Morrow!!!!! :) Anyway, we lost 2-1, but it was fun & we can't wait for the next series of games to begin-because we WILL win this one!
